Next up, welcomes a label debut on Toolroom alongside vocalist Anna Leyne as the pair deliver their latest single ‘Free At Last’, accompanied by a remix from label regular Martin Ikin. The shimmering ‘Free At Last’ showcases Wankelmut’s premium production skills as slick percussion grooves combine with funk-influenced basslines and Anna Leyne’s powerful vocals, whilst Martin Ikin’s interpretation reveals a robust, feel-good house cut fuelled by the originals infectious vocals atop of bright, resonant piano melodies and crisp drums.
